If you wish to stay young and don’t mind going under the knife, then this might be the best option for you.

Don’t Overeat

Believe it or not, there are actually foods such as salt, hamburgers, donuts, and cakes to name a few that will not only add on the pounds but age you before your time as well. Not only can these foods hurt you in the weight department, but they also aren’t good for your skin, causing wrinkles and making you old before your time.

Never Forget the Sunscreen

Many people don’t realize that not only does sunscreen protect you from the sun and getting skin cancer, but it can also protect you from wrinkles as well. Get the Right Amount of Sleep

Nothing ages you faster than not getting the required amount of sleep. Not only does it increase your energy levels, but it also helps lower your weight, reduces stress levels, and it keeps you looking young as well. When you don’t get enough sleep, you get cranky, frown a lot and form wrinkles. The best way to avoid that is to sleep the required seven to eight hours a night, wouldn’t you think? It’s worth a shot if you don’t want to age before your time.

Exercise and Fresh Air

There’s nothing like getting out into the sun and the fresh air to keep you young. Taking a walk in the fresh air every morning and heading to the gym in the afternoons will keep you from showing your age and keep you physically and mentally fit at the same time. What’s not to love about that?
