		<description>Great blog!  Re Thanksgiving and the holidays in general:  the biggest problem for me isn&#039;t the one big meal.  It&#039;s the leftovers, candy, pies and in general just a lot of food everywhere.  So in walking from one room to another, it&#039;s too easy to pick up a piece of candy.  And repeat that all day long!  My answer is MORE exercise!</description>
