Too Much Protein?

chickenIs it possible to get too much protein? If there is one thing you should know about life, is that almost everything should be done in moderation. So, to answer that question, yes, of course it is possible to have too much protein!

Some people think that they are helping their workout by fueling themselves with protein shakes and powders before, during, and after their workout. However, you can actually hurt yourself by doing that, as unused protein will just be used inefficiently, or stored as fat.
